9. A monetary administrative penalty of $350 in the case of a natural person or $1,500 in all other cases may be imposed on any person who fails to communicate, in the prescribed conditions, any information, notice, attestation or report, as prescribed in one of sections 4, 5, 5.1 or 5.2, the fourth paragraph of section 6 or section 6.1, 6.1.1, 6.1.2, 6.2, 6.4 or 6.5.
